Points are converted into dollars. 100 points = $1.00 off your order.
You can choose to redeem them immediately at checkout, or save your points to put toward reward items in the future. Simply select how you want to use your points, and they’ll be applied to your purchase or saved for a reward!

Yes, points will expire 12 months after your last purchase. Each new purchase resets this period, so as long as you keep shopping, your points stay safe.
Yes! Once you redeem a reward, it must be used within 30 days. After that, the reward will expire, so be sure to enjoy it before the time runs out.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.

Points are usually added to your account within 24 hours after your order is confirmed. You can always check your balance to see your most up-to-date points total.
Points can be used toward the value of products in your order. You can redeem them immediately as dollars off your order (100 points = $1.00), or save them to put toward reward products in the future. Points cannot be applied to shipping fees or taxes.
