All orders placed before 12 PM EST on shop.heys.ca will be shipped on the SAME DAY, any orders received after 12 PM EST will be shipped on the following day. Orders placed on weekends and Holidays are prepared and shipped on the following business day. For transit times, please calculate the ETA starting from the day after your package ships (business days only).

During our SALES, shipping may be delayed depending on our order volume. If you place an order during one of our SALES and your shipment needs immediate attention, please let us know so we can try to accommodate your delivery ETA.

We offer FREE FedEx ground shipping on all orders over $125 at subtotal - Offer excludes Yukon, Nunavut and NWT.
Unfortunately, Shop Heys does not ship to P.O Box numbers.
Orders are packed and shipped from Monday – Friday.

Shop Heys will deliver anywhere in Canada - if your Province is not displayed on the check-out page, please contact us and we will provide you with the estimated shipping costs
